Bruce Lillie has over 40 years of labor relations experience as a management attorney, a union representative and an arbitrator. He has conducted over 200 primary and advanced labor relations training presentations and workshops, is an advocate in dozens of arbitration hearings every year and negotiations contracts in industries such as manufacturing, schools, hospitals, transportation, beverage distributors and head start programs.
