Comprehensive Labor Relations Professional Program
The Comprehensive Labor Relations Professional Program is an in-depth labor management course where participants learn, experience and understand the full scope of labor relations.
The CLRPP program is a two (2) day workshop covering a wide range of topics including labor negotiations, Management and Union unfair labor practices, the use of persuasive techniques, how to effectively frame and present proposals, grievance handling, discipline and discharge issues, the use of management rights, how to identify and use waiver, past practice, contract language interpretation standards and much more.
Our virtual learning programs foster engaging and interactive discussion between participants on real life situations, how to handle issues as they arise, and turning issues and disputes into opportunities. The instructor fosters an environment open to Q&A’s and exchanging ideas, including views from both Management and Union perspectives, allowing you to network just as you would in a face-to-face setting.
The CLRPP course occurs over 2 days from 8:30 am to approximately 4:00 pm each day, including breaks and a 30 minute lunch period.
